Hello My name is Crystal Alcantara, I’ve been in the child care industry for over 16 years. 

I’m a mother to a 3 year old daughter, wife to a NYC Police officer & daughter to a NYS board of Education school teacher. 

I went to school for early childhood education in 2007 to obtain my teaching degree for bilingual children with special needs. 

There after I eventually left school to pursue my dream of owning my own DAYCARE Center. 

Later that year I decided to take out a bank loan & I rented a 3 bedroom apartment in SUNSET PARK BROOKLYN.

With lots of persistence & dedication in less then 90 days I was licensed by OCFS/DOH & opened up my own group family DAYCARE. 

My business Revenue a whooping 55thousand dollars 💵 in less then 4 months. 

I was able to buy my 1st car a BMW 3 series cash! 

later moved into a Beautiful 150k dollar condominium.

In less then a year to would expand & I opened up 2 more locations.

At only 18 years old I was making over 6 figures a year in only 1 business.

Each daycare was making an approximate average of 15-20k a month. 

With 3 locations I was making over half a million dollars a year. 

Working with children was my happy place & more delighted all while doing what I loved to do.

Being a daycare owner/ director has helped me & my family make so many of our dreams come true.

It honestly took us out of poverty and hard times. Since then I have owned 3 locations 2 in BROOKLYN & one In queens. 

I’m a owner of two homes, 3 cars and my daycares has helped me make plenty of other investments. 

Spending more time with my family also a plus & has help me accomplish so much in life.
